As a platform facilitating affiliate marketing, you are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising laws and regulations, including U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) disclosure guidelines. You must ensure that your affiliates disclose their relationships appropriately when promoting products using links generated through our platform.
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay all associated fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Stripe, Paddle). We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of these third-party services and disclaim all liability related to them.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Site. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and improving our Services.
You warrant that you have the legal right to post such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Endorsely disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Endorsely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or Services.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Endorsely, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS in King County, Washington, under the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to a jury trial.
Access to the Site from jurisdictions where its contents are illegal is prohibited. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Endorsely is not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, labor shortages, and Internet failures.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
